Fraud Alert! Oyirinda reacts over impersonation

The attention of Chris Oyirinda Amadi's media team has been drawn to some fraudsters impersonating to be Oyirinda with a social media handle bearing the same name.

According to a statement made available by Priestly Nna "We have been apprised of the activities of some fraudsters parading as the Acting EDFA NDDC, OYIRINADA AMADI and using the Facebook account; OYIRINDA CHRIST AMADI" or other similar accounts to defraud innocent and unsuspecting members of the public.

It is imperative to state emphatically, that the said Facebook accounts are not operated by the Ag. EDFA and their operators do not have his authority to do so.

The Ag. EDFA NDDC, is highly principled and very protective of his hard earned reputation and will never ask anyone for any amount of money, gift or similar items to enable them assess or benefit from any programme of the Commission.

Oyirinda Amadi is committed to providing quality and selfless service and ensuring that the Commission is taken to the next level and its mandate of providing critical infrastructures and fostering human capital development in the region are actualised.

Consequently, members of the public are advised to deprecate and discountenance any request for money or similar items from any quarters, under any guise, as a precondition for accessing or benefitting from any programme of the NDDC.

This notice also serves as a caveat as  the Acting EDFA will not be liable for any loss incurred by anyone as a result of dealing with these fraudulent characters.

Therefore, members of the general public are urged to be vigilant and report all fraudulent activities to the appropriate authorities for necessary actions."##
