Just a few weeks away from the proclamation of the 10th National Assembly, a group known as Newdawn Caucus Members in the House of Representatives has reiterated the need for adequate legislation in transforming Nigeria.   The convener of the group, Hon. It was gathered that the rescheduling of the sale of forms was informed by the inability of the contractor handling the printing of the forms to deliver on time. At the close of work yesterday, the APC Directorate of Organisation was yet to take delivery of the forms. According to the calendar released by the INEC, starting from March 2022 the commission will give guidelines to the respective parties to conduct primary election that will birth flag bearers.
