You know what, in the last February and March 2019 elections, Rivers people freely exercised their franchise reason being that the Army came all out to protect the civil population.

The bloody government in Rivers State would not want the public to know this, rather , have taken to the BLACKMAIL of the Army and the Military Hierarchies.
