Sad! Abandoned East-West Road kills NDDC Director and son

The abandoned dilapidated East-West Road along Mbiama extraction has reportedly claimed the lives of a father and son whose identities are; Pastor Power .Z Aginighan and Mr. Aginighan Warekiye Anthony.

According to reports, the main cause of the fatal accident is still Sketchy, although Pastor Power is said to be a former managing director of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) while his beloved son, Mr. Anthony,  is an aspirant for Delta State house of Assembly under the platform of APC.

In a swift reaction, the executive chairman of Bomadi Local Government Area, Hon. William Angadi has described the death as a loss to the Ijaw Nation as a whole. According a statement made available to the press "Ijaw Nation have lost again two great men at a time their services to the region would be needed more than ever before, Surely they will be missed greatly.

"Pastor P.Z Aginighan was an elder statesman and a key stakeholder in the affairs of the Ijaw Nation, his sudden death has thrown the entire Niger delta region into mourning" the executive chairman stated.


As at the press time, NDDC is yet to speak on the dilapidated  East west road that claims live##
