IYC CONGRATULATES  PROF. CHARLES QUAKER-DOKUBO AS NEW PAP BOSS

The National President of Ijaw Youth Council (IYC) Worldwide, Barr. Oweilaemi Pereotubo has felicitated the new Special Adviser to the president on Amnesty Programmes. According to the statement, "I write to congratulate and also felicitate with our great leader, Prof. Charles Quaker-Dokubo on his well deserved appointment by President Muhammadu Buhari as Coordinator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) and Special Adviser to the President on Niger Delta Affairs.

Prof. Dokubo is an outstanding, illustrious son of the Ijaw Nation. He is also a scholar and University Don who has used his enormous intellectual prowess and scholarly endowment to add immeasurable value to humanity and his good track record and positive antecedents has left the Ijaw Youth Council (IYC), the Ijaw Nation and indeed the entire Niger Delta with no doubt about his ability to revive, reform and transform the very important and strategic programme that has helped to restore relative peace to the Niger Delta region.

I also use this medium to urge our great people especially our wonderful youths to give this new leadership all the necessary support.
