World Literacy Day: Chief Lulu-Briggs Tasks youths on ICT

A top prominent son of Rivers State, Chief Barr. Dumo Lulu-Briggs has called on youths to explore the use of ICT as the world marks this year's world Literacy Day.
In a statement made available to newsmen today by Woke Uche has it that Chief Briggs  understands perfectly that the world is moving through the corridors of smart technologies, adding that youths should seize the opportunity on  ICT and and equip themselves and that of the coming generation on the trend and dynamics of the future not far away. He also reemphasized the keen commitment and support of ICT to the development of Literacy, especially in this part of the world.

According, Chief Lulu-Briggs  "As we celebrate the International Literacy Day; with the theme “Literacy in a digital world, it should be the duty to reach out and "support those that cannot afford this required knowledge and experience  Information Communication Technology as the oil of the 21st century".##
