Just See what Comr. Abiye said about Nigeria youths!

The director of Initiative for Youth Empowerment and Welfare Creation, Comrade Abiye S. George has called on youths to recognize their roles in the the society.
Comr. George made the call when reacting to issues affecting  youths in Nigeria. He said the contribuition of the youths and that of their teeming support in the society cannot be over emphasized.

Comrade George who also doubles as the director of the group stressed that peace remains the panacea to a nation's development.

According  to a statement made available to newsmen "We wish to enjoin Rivers and Nigerian youths in a collaborative alliance as individuals, groups and corporate entities to promote peace in all sphere of society through alternative dispute resolution, conflict resolution, peace keeping and harmonious coexistence of citizens devoid of ethnic, religious and regional sentiments that threatens peace for a better society"

While speaking on the 2017 International  youth day he added that "this year's theme  gives an ample opportunity to the teeming youths to be wise and retrace their steps in the hollowed ditch of crime and take a new leaf of peace for personal growth and betterment of the nation."##
