Just in! Kogi State governor lunches new initiative

The governor of Kogi State Yahaya Bello has  official lunched a WellCare Initiatives for the Training and Induction on Grassroots Connect.

The Grassroots Connec is to act as representative of Governor Yahaya Bello at the grassroots for feedback /intermediaries between gov Yahaya and the people at the rural areas.

At the occasion, Hon Edward Onoja, the Chief of Staff in their opening remarks, stressed  that the 239 coordinators are expected to be an honest representatives of their wards to ensure effective communication in times of identifying their people and community needs.
They noted that the coordinators are also expected to monitor the programs and projects of the government in their locality to ensure successful implementation of govt projects.

For his part gov Yahaya In his massage, said the GYB GRASSROOTS CONNECT are his govt true  messengers to the people at the grassroots, and in turns give him feedback,which will enable him engage the good people of Kogi State directly through these coordinators.###

Keshi Died Out Of Mourning Wife?

  Investigations indicates that the former Super Eagles choach Stephen Keshi died while mourning his Wife. Sources diclosed that the wife Mrs. Kate Keshi died arround December 2015 following a protracted illness. According to a family brother named Ado who disclosed the news noted that  ''Keshi never recovered from the death of Kate; they were inseparable. He has gone to meet Kate. Since the wife died Keshi has kept on mourning and has been in sorrow. All these time Keshi has been acting, giving the impression that he was fine and man enough to bear the sorrow but the truth actually is that he was down and in pain over the death of his wife.
