The project of building a better Nigeria is what I represent~Marcus Onobun

The Member representing Esan West/Esan Central, and Egueben Federal Constituency Hon. Marcus Onobun has tasked youths yearning for leadership positions to predicate their drive towards nation-building and selfless service that will better the society and Nigeria at large regardless of party affiliation.


 Speaking during a courtesy visit by delegation of the City Boy Movement at his office in Abuja, Hon. Marcus said Nigeria's project of taking the nation to the next level is what he represents. Hon. Onobun in his speech, also stressed the need for continuous mentorship amongst youths seeking leadership positions, identifying lack of mentorship and training as key factor mitigating many upcoming leaders from actualizing their goals.

Earlier, the lawmaker assured the group that part of his contribution to the nation will be tailored towards strengthening and building the capacity of young people at every given opportunity. Speaking further, he thanked the group for finding time to visit him, promising that he is always open to all and sundry.


 In his response, the leader of the group Mr. Hassan Sadiq assured the immediate past speaker of Edo State of their unalloyed allegiance in building a better society and prosperous Nigeria.
