A protest by members of the Islamic Movement of Nigeria (ISM), also known as Shiites, at the National Assembly has turned bloody as an officer of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) were shot in the process on Tuesday and many others got injured!

Abinye Alex-Hart was appointed recently to head the activities of the institution. Hon. Alex-Hart was born on June 21, 1956, in Bonny, to the family of Late Pa. A.B.
