The Nigeria's Police Force, Rivers command has dismissed claims made by governor Nyesom Wike recently. Policeman Who Tracked & Arrested Rich Kidnapper Evans Has Been Killed The Intelligence Response Team (IRT) under the watch of Abba Kyari at the weekend, lost one of its gallant officers to the cold hands of death. The gallant officer was one of the leading ‘field detectives’ who tracked and demystified Lagos based billionaire kidnapper, Chukwudumeme Onwuadike aka Evans. It was in the middle of a similar arrest that the suspect pumped bullets into Lanre’s stomach while his colleague got shot in the hand.     RSUST students laud NDDC for building 522-bed hostel The Rivers State University of Science and Technology ( RSUST ) authority and students, have lauded the Niger Delta Development Commission ( NDDC ) for the donating an ultra-modern 522-bed hostel worth N1.230 billion to female students of the institution. The three-storey state-of-the-art hostel accommodation built for female students has continued to generate encomium nearly two years after it was inaugurated. The hostel is equipped with 171 rooms; two common rooms, paraplegics facilities; beautified internal court yards, green areas, cyber café and water treatment tanks, among other facilities. Some of the students, parents and university management made this known on Tuesday, saying that the hostel had eased accommodation deficit in the university campus.
